1. No accounts have been closed due to suspicions and risks of money laundering.
2. The Bank has not refused to open accounts for customers who are classified as very dangerous when dealing with them in the future.
3. Closed accounts for the year 2017 are 3288 accounts distributed between current accounts, savings and deposits (the risk of these accounts has been closed in the future due to the fact that they do not complete all the information required to implement KYC procedures).
